The Royal Air Force Tucano Display Team 2014 will honour the Maltese islands with its flying display in this year's edition of the Malta International Airshow. for the RAF Tucano display 2014 the Malta International Airshow will be the only display outside the United Kingdom. As in the past years the team comes from 72(R) Squadron, based at RAF Linton-on-Ouse.
This year’s scheme is designed to commemorate the World War One Centenary by incorporating a poppy theme – the universal symbol of remembrance. The team has also added the words ‘Lest We Forget’ on both the bottom of the aircraft and the sides of the fuselage. The display sequence is still being finalized at this time of the year.
